Donald Phillips is a research biologist at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Corvallis, Oregon. Over 23 years at the EPA, his research has included a variety of studies of effects of climate change and air pollutants on terrestrial ecosystems. His current research activities include quantifying ecosystem services and exploring how they are affected by land management.
