Heejun Chang is a professor of geography at Portland State University. His teaching and research focus on water sustainability in a changing environment using geospatial analysis. Chang has served as the lead author of the freshwater section of the first Oregon Climate Change Assessment Report and a representative for the Willamette River Basin in UNESCO’s Hydrology, Environment, Land, and Policy program.
