John Richardson is professor emeritus, School of International Service, American University and visiting professor, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and Global Asia Institute, National University of Singapore. He pioneered applications of computer modeling in the areas of urban development, water resources, global development, and conflict-development linkages.
