She principal of Blue Sky Environmental Strategies, a consulting business focused on aiding organizations in developing strategic approaches to governance and growth. Cimbria believes in bringing organizations together who can mutually benefit from those relationships, and who work towards a common goal. A key talent of Cimbria’s is to help not for profit entities and for profit firms develop synergy that brings positive change both to the organizations themselves, and for the benefit of the greater good. She is focused on corporate charter revision, creating efficient and innovative organizations, increasing stakeholder participation and developing resilient communities.
