Robert Paris is a research geneticist with The American Chestnut Foundation and leads their collaborative efforts with the Appalachian Regional Reforestation Initiative. Dr. Paris has extensive background in executing breeding programs, including developing disease-resistant soybeans with the USDA Agricultural Research Service.
