Dr. Yokell has focused his work on the electricity sector, both in the U. S. and overseas. During most of his career, Dr. Yokell was an executive with Hagler Bailly, Inc., and its predecessors. Earlier, he was a senior economist with the Solar Energy Research Institute (now NREL) and a professor of economics and energy and resources at the University of California, Berkeley.
