Anthony Simon is the former President of Marketing at Unilever Bestfoods. Now he is a member of the Boards or Advisory Boards of Huhtamaki, the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics at Lund University, the World Future Council, INSEAD Alumni Sustainability Roundtable, and Dalberg Global Development Advisors. He is also the informal advisor to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and the Global Canopy Programme and their Forest Footprint Disclosure Project.
