Mark Rembert is a cofounder of Energize Clinton County (ECC). Mark, with Taylor Stuckert, formed ECC in the fall of 2008 following the loss of over 8,500 jobs in their hometown of Wilmington, OH. The organization is committed to preserving the integrity of place while supporting the development of the local economy, community, and environment.
