Arne Jungjohann is the director for the Environment and Global Dialogue Program of the Heinrich Böll Foundation in Washington, DC. The focus of his work is promoting solutions toward a low-carbon economy. He worked on the implementation of the EU’s emissions trading scheme and on Germany’s Renewable Energy Act.
