Bill Falconer CNZM, LLB, has had careers in government as a trade negotiator, in the petroleum industry, as an independent director, and as an occasional lawyer. He has chaired the governance bodies of some 20 entities including, for the Government, the Accident Compensation Corporation, the Environmental Risk Management Authority, and the Advisory Committee of the Primary Growth Partnership, as well as some of New Zealand’s major commercial enterprises.
