Doctor of Design Candidate at Harvard Graduate School of Design, research associate at the Harvard Office for Urbanization, and the Harvard Urban Theory Lab. Additionally, Daniel is co-director of the Master in Advanced Ecological Buildings and Biocities at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalunya. Daniel is expert in wood construction and urbanization. His most recent publication, Wood Urbanism: From the Molecular to the Territorial, offers a transcalar perspective on the role of wood in contemporary urbanization. Additionally, Daniel is director of the design firm Margen-Lab and editor of urbanNext.
