Diane Levin is professor of Early Childhood Education at Wheelock College in Boston. She has written or co-written nine books, including: “Beyond Remote-Controlled Childhood” (in press), “So Sexy So Soon,” “The War Play Dilemma,” and “Teaching Young Children in Violent Times.” Levin is a founder of Teachers Resisting Unhealthy Children’s Entertainment, Defending the Early Years, and the Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood.
