Gerard Janssen is a Senior Scientist/Team Leader for PFR’s Seafood Production Group. He has a PhD in Fish Physiology from the University of Canterbury, and over 15 years’ experience in developing and implementing physiology-based capture and handling solutions for the seafood industry.
