Biography

Hans Haake is currently a researcher with the German Parliament’s Study-Commission on Growth, Well-Being, and Quality of Life. The commission is, inter alia, designing a set of indicators to complement gross domestic product. Haake has his master’s-level degree in economics from the University of Oldenburg and has spent time as a visiting researcher with the Center for Integrative Environmental Research at the University of Maryland, College Park.
