Jane Long is associate director at large for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and a fellow at the Center for Global Strategic Research. She is co-chair of California’s Energy Future Committee and the Bipartisan Center’s Task Force on Geoengineering, and a member of the steering committee for the Royal Society’s solar radiation management governance initiative.
