Director of Denver Program Development for Colorado State University, Joycelyn focuses on creating new programs for CSU in Denver that
address global issues of food, water, energy, health and the environment.
She is CSU’s point person on the National Western Center redevelopment
project. She sits on the Denver Mayor’s Sustainability Advisory Council and is involved in the Urban Land Institute’s Building Healthy Places program.
