Jolynn Shoemaker is the executive director of Women in International Security (WIIS) at Georgetown University. Previously, she handled international law and policy issues for the Institute for Inclusive Security. She also served as country director in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, International Security Policy (Eurasia).
