Hon. Maria Mutagamba is the Former Minister of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities in the Government of Uganda. She is a former member of the UNSGAB, former Minister of Water and Environment and Minister of State for Water. She was also the former President of the African Minister’s Council on water and she is a strong advocate for Gender in WaSH.
