Marie-Jeanne Muhoza Ndimbira co-founded the Physically Active Youth Program (PAY)) an after school non-profit organisation based in Windhoek Namibia at the end of 2002. PAY has improved pass rates for grade ten and twelve learners in the community. In 2011, she founded Twamanguluka a for-profit company that renders capacity building services for youth. In 201,5 she delivered a TEDx talk about her work with young people. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Rutgers University in Global Urban Studies.
