Paola Bauche is a Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD) fellow. In 2002, she was involved in the creation of a payment for ecosystem services mechanism in Cerro Grande, in the Sierra de Manantlán Biosphere Reserve. At the National Forestry Commission, Paola is in charge of developing local arrangements for payments for ecosystem services.
