Richard H. Moss is a senior scientist at the Joint Global Change Research Institute (JGCRI). His previous professional positions include serving as director of the Office of the U.S. Global Change Research Program and head of the technical support unit of one of the International Panel on Climate Change’s working groups. He chairs the U.S. National Research Council’s Board on Environmental Change and Society and serves in several capacities for the U.S. National Climate Assessment and the IPCC Fifth Assessment Report.
