Roxane Wilber is a senior researcher and writer at the Institute for Inclusive Security, where she conducts primary and secondary research on women’s leadership in peace-building, politics, and other areas. She has recently focused on Bosnia’s war of the 1990s and on the rise of women’s leadership in Rwanda.
