Roy Haines-Young is professor in environmental management and director of the Centre for Environmental Management in the School of Geography, University of Nottingham. He has worked extensively with policymakers and recognizes the need to develop a science that is responsive to the wider public debates about environmental issues. He is coauthor of the conceptual chapter of the TEEB report and lead author of the UK NEA scenario chapter.
