Russell Weaver, PhD, is a quantitative geographer and Director of Research at the Cornell ILR Buffalo Co-Lab. His teaching portfolio includes courses in community geography, community development, urban planning, geographic thought, and quantitative data analysis. Russell’s research programs are aimed at understanding pathways for context-sensitive, sustainable, and equitable community economic development.
