Samantha Pascoal is an undergraduate research assistant for Evan Fraser at the University of Guelph. She works for his organization Feeding Nine Billion, who strive to find food solutions for the rising global population. As she pursues an English degree and a minor in Biology, she is taking opportunities to learn about and do research in bioethics, food security, and nutrition.
