Sandra Reategui is the Latin American project lead for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado, where she coordinates and manages multilateral cooperation on energy issues on behalf of the US Department of Energy. She also developed a nongovernmental organization in her native Peru, facilitating microfinancing and social entrepreneurship.
