Sarah Collins has over 10 years of experience working with nongovernmental organizations on various poverty-alleviation projects across Africa. In 2008 she set up Natural Balance and launched the Wonderbag, a heat-retention cooker that is helping alleviate poverty in developing countries. Collins is a recognized authority on carbon trading and recently spoke at the United Nations environmental talks in Durban.
